Mat GRRRLS is an apparel and lifestyle brand built around girls wrestling and the community surrounding the sport.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Payment processing and other portions of your transaction may be provided by Shopify, Stripe, and other third-party service providers.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make purchases or enter into contractual programs through our Site.

If you are under 18, purchases, ambassador participation, and other activities requiring an agreement with Mat GRRRLS must be completed or approved by a parent or legal guardian as applicable.

Children under 13 should not submit personal information directly to Mat GRRRLS through forms, applications, contests, photo submissions, or similar features unless we specifically provide a parent/guardian consent process.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our products, including colors, designs, descriptions, sizing, and other characteristics.

However, colors and product appearance may vary based on screen settings, manufacturing processes, garment variations, and other factors.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue products without notice.

Mat GRRRLS may release products through limited drops, preorders, or made-to-order production.

Made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated production and shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we may be unable to cancel or modify a made-to-order order once production has started.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be shown during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order or cancel and refund the affected order.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our final acceptance of an order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, unauthorized resale activity, or misuse of promotions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount.

Mat GRRRLS currently ships within the United States.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once a package is transferred to a shipping carrier, circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Eligible merchandise may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the requirements in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Items must generally be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including gift cards, products marked final sale, and personalized or custom products where indicated before purchase.

From time to time, Mat GRRRLS may offer discount codes, event promotions, ambassador codes, giveaways, or other promotional offers.

Promotions may:

• have expiration dates;
• exclude certain products;
• require a minimum purchase;
• be limited to one use per customer;
• be unavailable in combination with other offers; or
• contain additional conditions disclosed with the promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.

We may refuse or cancel promotional discounts obtained through fraud, manipulation, automated activity, unauthorized distribution, or other misuse.

The Mat GRRRLS name, logos, brand identity, apparel graphics, artwork, photographs, videos, written content, slogans, designs, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Branded by Humans DBA Mat GRRRLS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing on this Site gives you permission to reproduce, manufacture, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially use Mat GRRRLS intellectual property without our written permission.

Purchasing a Mat GRRRLS product does not transfer ownership of the design or intellectual property appearing on that product.

You may occasionally have opportunities to submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, testimonials, stories, or other material.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that your submission does not violate another person's rights.

Submission of content does not automatically give Mat GRRRLS unlimited permission to use a person's image for advertising.

Where we request photographs, videos, testimonials, or similar content for promotional use, additional permission or release terms may apply.

For content depicting minors, we may require authorization from a parent or legal guardian before using the content for marketing or promotional purposes.

Reviews and testimonials should reflect the genuine experience and opinions of the person providing them.

If someone receives compensation, free products, discounts, commissions, or another benefit in connection with an endorsement of Mat GRRRLS, that relationship must be disclosed when required by law.

Mat GRRRLS supports and promotes the girls wrestling community, but we do not provide medical, coaching, athletic training, nutrition, or other professional advice.

Wrestling and other athletic activities involve inherent risks.

Content provided by Mat GRRRLS is for general informational, community, or promotional purposes and should not replace guidance from qualified coaches, athletic trainers, medical professionals, event organizers, or applicable wrestling governing bodies.

Our Site may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, Stripe, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and other services.

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by those companies' terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the operation or content of independent third-party websites.

You may not use the Site to:

• violate applicable law;
• infringe intellectual-property rights;
• transmit malicious code;
• interfere with Site security or operation;
• scrape or systematically extract Site content for unauthorized commercial purposes;
• impersonate another person;
• commit fraud;
• misuse promotional or ambassador codes; or
• engage in unlawful, abusive, threatening, or harassing activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Branded by Humans DBA Mat GRRRLS and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Branded by Humans DBA Mat GRRRLS from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another jurisdiction's mandatory consumer-protection laws apply.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, services, or legal requirements.
