Orders of $99 or more ship free — the discount applies automatically at checkout. No code needed.
Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Everything is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days to produce and ship.
Returns + Exchanges
30-day returns.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to start a return
Three steps.
01 — Tell us
Fill out the contact form and choose Return or exchange, or email hello@matgrrrls.com. Include your order number, the item and size, and whether you want a refund or a different size. If it arrived damaged or wrong, send a photo.
02 — Ship it back
We reply with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is on you — unless your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing. In that case we make it right with a replacement or a full refund, shipping included.
03 — Get your refund
Once we've received and inspected the return, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Exchanges ship out as soon as the return is approved.
