Drop 001 is a preorder. Orders are produced after the preorder window closes and are expected to ship on or around October 31. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as yours is on the way.

Right after you order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. It includes a link to your own order status page — open it any time to see where your order is. Tracking numbers are added there the moment your package ships.

Reach out through the contact page as soon as possible with your order number. Changes are easiest before orders go into production — once items are being printed, we may not be able to adjust them.

Every product page links to a size guide with exact measurements for that garment. If you're between sizes and want a relaxed fit, size up.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Full details are on the Shipping + Returns page.

Within 30 days of delivery, go to the contact page and choose Return or exchange — or email hello@matgrrrls.com. Include:

• Your order number
• The item and size you're returning
• Whether you want a refund or a different size
• A photo, if the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing

We reply with the return address and instructions. Once we've received and inspected the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method. If it arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.

Orders of $150 or more ship free — the discount applies automatically at checkout, no code needed. Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
